This esteemed, patient-centered, full-service, 500+ bed non-profit teaching hospital has a Level 3 NICU and is recognized for its many centers of excellence, including its Heart Institute, Brain and Spine Institute, and Center for Health Care Ethics, and is Certified as a Comprehensive Stroke Center from The Joint Commission.

Reporting to the Manager of Neonatal Services, the NICU Assistant Nurse Manager will oversee a 46-bed unit, and an experienced team of NICU Nurses and support staff. The NICU Assistant Nurse Manager will be well supported by their counterpart, a Women and Children's Assistant Nurse Manager, and NICU Charge Nurses.

The NICU Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for guiding nursing practice, hiring, and promoting staff performance improvement initiatives. The NICU Assistant Nurse Manager will oversee the departmental budget and be responsible for quality improvement of the unit.
