Position Summary

The Store Operations Supervisor is an essential hourly role that engages in the Management Training Program, focusing on the oversight of the store's production and service delivery. The objective is to acquire managerial competencies with the intention of advancing to a Store Manager position. During the training phase, the Supervisor collaborates with the management team in all aspects of store operations, adhering to established company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all necessary orientation, onboarding, training, and safety program requirements as a condition of employment.

• Adhere to all Valley Pizza, Inc. standards and policies.

• Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts in full uniform.

• Understand and enforce guidelines from Sexual Harassment training materials.

• Maintain a valid driver's license, liability insurance, and a functioning vehicle for delivery purposes.

• Gain proficiency in the delivery process, as it is required periodically.

• Ensure effective communication availability for urgent situations.

• Exhibit a willingness to learn and progress within management levels by attending training sessions and successfully completing assessments.

• Address conflicts and manage challenging situations involving employees and customers.

• Engage with customers both over the phone and in person, ensuring a friendly and courteous interaction while resolving issues and complaints.

• Oversee store operations during peak periods of demand.

• Input data accurately using standard computer equipment.

• Efficiently process customer orders within a two-minute timeframe.

• Understand and fulfill the company's service objectives.

• Perform necessary mathematical calculations.

• Accurately handle currency and prepare daily deposits.

• Move safely and swiftly within the store environment.

• Engage in on-the-job training to master all operational roles, from answering calls to food preparation and delivery.

• Prepare food items in accordance with Valley Pizza, Inc. and Domino's Pizza standards, including timely pizza preparation.

• Manage oven operations, including loading, unloading, and packaging pizzas.

• Effectively multitask and manage various responsibilities.

• Uphold sanitation standards and expectations.

• Conduct inventory management and complete related documentation.

• Maintain adequate food supplies and manage ordering processes.

• Lift and transport items as required.

• Remain active for extended periods.

• Analyze daily reports for store performance and profitability.

• Maintain accurate records and bookkeeping practices.

• Follow directives from the General Manager and Supervisor.

• Assist in training and enforcing safety and security protocols.

• Direct daily operations by effectively communicating and collaborating with team members.

• Participate in the hiring, training, and scheduling of team members.

• Perform additional duties as necessary to ensure store productivity and cleanliness.

• Comply with the Nondisclosure/Noncompetition Agreement.

Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess:

• Previous experience in fast food management and leadership roles preferred.

• Knowledge of basic operational procedures.

• Experience in employee development and a positive, energetic attitude.

• Ability to uphold team member and food safety protocols.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting technology.
