Master Mixologist

Suncoast Hotel & Casino is seeking an experienced Mixologist VP to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional with extensive knowledge of mixology, wine, and craft beer. As a Mixologist VP, you will be responsible for crafting complex cocktails, creating garnishes, and providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience bartending in a high-volume environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

The Mixologist VP role involves:
