Position Overview

KPC Promise Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement tailored therapy programs to meet each patient's unique needs.
  3. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  5. Adhere to the ethical standards and professional guidelines established by the state board of physical therapy.

Qualifications:

  1. Current State License as a Physical Therapist, with ongoing compliance for license renewal.
  2. A minimum of two years of experience in long-term acute care and rehabilitation settings is preferred.
  3. Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical and Mental Demands:

Physical: Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, pushing, bending, squatting, pulling, and reaching. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform fine motor movements.

Mental: Moderate stress levels are expected in this role.

Exposure Risk: Category I - This position may involve routine tasks that present a risk of contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues. Appropriate safety measures are essential.

Equipment Utilized: The role requires the use of various medical and therapeutic equipment, including beds, scales, lifts, and assistive devices.

Certifications Required: CPR Certification is mandatory.
