Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Comcast, you will play a crucial role in assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services. You will utilize your knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Comcast products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities and maximize their experience.
  • Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products and services.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks.
  • Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
  • Understand sales compensation plans and their key elements.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
  • Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.

Compensation
Base Pay: $16.40

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.09

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
