About the Role

As a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician, you will be part of a dynamic team that values open dialogue and camaraderie. Our flat hierarchy promotes a safe and respectful work environment, where opinions are valued and voices are heard.

With significant breadth and depth in several tertiary specialties, our service area offers opportunities for growth and development. Community involvement is encouraged and supported, with physicians and staff contributing to local schools and health fairs.

We are a significant contributor to the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine, with over 100 of our doctors serving as faculty members. We support and encourage our doctors to get involved in medical education and our KP residency programs.
