About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Filling/Packaging Mechanic to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of automated filling and packaging equipment to ensure optimum operation and uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as directed by Supervisor.
  • Support Engineering in new equipment purchases and upgrades by providing expertise in mechanical equipment functionality, automation, and controls.
  • Read and follow equipment operating procedures and manuals as needed.
  • Support the Equipment Qualification group in equipment qualification activities.
  • Complete tasks independently and as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ years of experience with setup, operation, and maintenance of filling/packaging equipment in a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience acceptable.
Preferred Requirements
  • Technical/trade school specializing in electrical or mechanical systems.
What We Offer

Competitive salary range of $46,300.00/year, based on Branchburg, NJ. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
