Responsibilities
\\As a Maintenance Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
  • \\ Responding to guest repair requests and communicating with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.\\ Performing preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.\\ Identifying, locating, and operating all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings.\\ Maintaining maintenance inventory and requisitioning parts and supplies as needed.


Requirements
\\To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • \\ Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.\\ Basic computer knowledge and experience with inventory management software.\\ A high school diploma or equivalent and some experience in general maintenance or hotel engineering.
