Full-time employees are offered comprehensive health and medical coverage, a 401(k) Retirement savings plan, professional growth and leadership training, paid vacation, holidays, and parental leave. Annual compensation is between $65,000 - $85,000, comprised of a base hourly wage plus commission.

Job Responsibilities
A Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. The successful candidate must come to work with a neat, professional appearance and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks include checking your vehicle daily, keeping accurate records, quickly reporting maintenance issues, and filling out daily driver's logs, time logs, and hours of service. This position requires flexibility to work varying workdays and early morning start times, generally around 3:00am, with days off on Wednesday and Sunday.

Key Qualifications
An RSR is expected to increase sales by expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in-store promotions and displays, and maximizing product shelf life by properly rotating the products. An effective RSR will use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth through effective communication, planning, ordering, and execution. They will work hand-in-hand with the customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Adaptability and flexibility are must-haves since RSRs will need to service their accounts during the customer's designated service windows and may need to work non-traditional business hours. An eagerness to gain knowledge and skills about the industry along with the ability to work independently and as a team will be the key to success for an RSR working in a DSD (Direct Store Delivery) environment.

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age, have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, and be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card. Must have a valid state driver's license and documented safe driving record, meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines, and adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV. Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training) and be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
