Job Description:
HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Kremmling, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports, and general rehabilitation with some inpatient care.

Shift Details:
Days - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Four 10-hour days, perfect for those who enjoy skiing or snowboarding mid-week.

Position Requirements:
Must be currently active and licensed in the state. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a guarantee of 32 hours per week.

Certifications and Specialties:
BLS/BCLS certification is a must. The ideal candidate will have a specialty in Rehabilitation Therapy and a sub-specialty in Physical Therapy.

Technology and Communication:
Proficiency in EPIC EMR system is required.

Holiday Coverage:
No holiday coverage is required for this position.
