Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a current, unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Delaware. Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitoring and documenting resident vital signs and health status
  • Providing wound care and dressing changes
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and implementation
