About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communicative Disorders Specialist to join our team as a contract Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with tailored goals for students with speech and language needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, closely monitoring and documenting student progress.
  • Train teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment, promoting seamless collaboration and student success.

Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid State SLP License in the state of residence.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, early childhood, or pediatrics.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
