Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is a key member of our team at Neighbors and Associates, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our production equipment and facilities. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain and repair facility plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to prescribed safety procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch, with occasional lifting of up to 45 pounds.
  • Work Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and extreme temperatures, with a loud noise level.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly wage of $17-31, depending on experience.
