Job Summary:

A career as an Occupational Therapist with Adventist Health offers the opportunity to plan and conduct treatment programs that restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify assessment areas that require attention.
  • Establish individualized treatment plans for patients using appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
  • Provide therapy interventions using established treatment protocols and techniques.
  • Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Two years' occupational therapy experience: Preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
    • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience. This compensation package includes benefits such as continuing education opportunities, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
