Job Overview

QPS, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sample Coordination Specialist to join our Bioanalytical Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure receipt, storage, distribution, tracking, and return of client samples and controlled materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, and store client samples and controlled materials
  • Document discrepancies and review associated documentation for compliance with FDA regulations, GLPs, and QPS SOPs
  • Communicate with internal and external clients
  • Frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, with 2+ years related work experience, or Associate's degree in a related science discipline
  • Experience in regulated industries preferred
  • Comfort with computer systems and databases, including Excel, Watson, and LIMS
