Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our compassionate care-giving team at Summit LTC Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing responsibilities during each shift, from processing patients in and out to delegating nursing rounds and drug administration. Our ideal candidate is a highly competent and well-organized professional who values safety, security, and patient wellness above all else.
Responsibilities
* Manage nursing responsibilities during each shift
* Process patients in and out
* Delegate nursing rounds and drug administration
* Ensure patient satisfaction in every interaction
Requirements
* High school diploma or relevant qualification
* Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LVN program
* One (1) year of experience as a nursing assistant in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or Long-Term Care (LTC) environment preferred
* Experience with electronic medical records preferred
* Current and active license to practice as a LVN in this state
