Job Title: Minibar Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Minibar Attendant to join our team at Madeline Hotel and Residences. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the mini bar of each guest room is replenished with the utmost attention to detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office
• Keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas
• Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units
• Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures
• Deliver requested items in an efficient and timely manner
• Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service
• Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines
