Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. This position is critical to driving our hiring efforts and delivering exceptional service to our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and answer inquiries.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR to support hiring initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct background checks and manage pre-employment paperwork.

**Qualifications:**
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
