As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic cardiac or vascular ultrasound procedures. Your expertise will aid cardiologists in obtaining precise measurements and high-quality images of cardiac structures, facilitating accurate diagnoses.

In this role, you will provide immediate feedback through preliminary reports of critical results to nursing staff and physicians, which is essential for timely and life-saving interventions. You will also assist physicians during complex procedures, helping to minimize associated risks.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

  • 3+ years of recent experience in adult echocardiogram sonography.
  • Current credentials, including BLS (AHA) and either RDCS or RVT from ARDMS, or RCS.
  • A degree from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Epic systems is advantageous.
