About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions to patients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and function
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
  • Current licensure and/or registration in the state for the discipline of Physical Therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
