Aerial Telecommunications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerial Telecommunications Specialist to join our team at MasTec Network Solutions.

As an Aerial Telecommunications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service. You will work in a safety-minded environment, develop new skills, and contribute to delivering high-quality service to our customers and communities.

• Climb poles or use a bucket truck to perform installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plants
• Read and understand schematics and construction prints
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• Extensive knowledge of all equipment needed for aerial work
• The ability to climb poles and work in a bucket truck
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to your work
