Overview

CAM Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Execution Specialist to lead the execution of projects by ensuring timely delivery, maintaining budget and schedule adherence, and identifying scope changes as they arise.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have significant oil and gas facility experience and a strong understanding of project management principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution, monitoring deliverable progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems that may hinder project progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Determine and assign project deliverables and responsibilities, including identifying project-specific scopes of work.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and identifying critical path items that may impact project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to Company Standard Operation Procedures and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Provide technical input and interface for Engineering and Design deliverables, including reviewing and coordinating vendor documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Attend project reviews and meetings to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 7-15 years of experience in project execution, with a focus on oil and gas facilities.
  • Texas Professional Engineering licensure is preferred but not required.
  • Process Engineering knowledge is preferred but not essential.
