About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Operations Associate to join our team at JELD-WEN. In this role, you will assist on production lines, perform various job duties as needed, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist on production lines and perform duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
  • Operate forklifts and assist in handling raw materials and product.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Participate in Plant Safety Council and follow all safety procedures.
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
