The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Lutz, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment in a school setting. Services will be conducted largely within the hours of 8am to 3:15pm with the option to expand to different settings.


Key Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.

- Collect data on client progress and provide feedback to the supervising BCBA.

- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments.

- Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in both public and private school settings in the Pasco-Hernando region.


RBT Development:

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

- Training Cohorts for RBTs pursuing higher certifications: Learn with a team of peers pursuing the same goals.

- Enhanced supervision from practicum-approved BCBAs.

- Dedicated opportunities for unrestricted/restricted clinical hours towards analyst certification.
