Job Overview

The Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and support the hotel's operations. As a key member of the front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including payment computation and collection.
  • Verify and process financial transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform nightly balancing and telephone services to ensure accurate posting to the property management system.
  • Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.
  • Communicate shift information to management and other desk staff.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of hotel amenities and services to guests.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and represent the hotel in a positive manner.
  • Balance revenue and expense transactions, and track front office operating statistics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
