Job Summary

As a Radiologic Technologist at Emerson Hospital, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality images that assist in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries during IVR procedures. Reporting to the Lead Technologist, Diagnostic Radiology, you will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and efficient imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels
  • Assist in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries during IVR procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and efficient imaging services
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited college or equivalent military training
  • Current registration as R.T.(R)(ARRT) or registry-eligible with R.T.(R)(ARRT) within 6 months of hire
  • Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) healthcare provider certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a radiologic technologist
  • Previous experience in IVR procedures
