Job Role: Toughbook Specialist (MDT)

As a Toughbook Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting MDT devices, troubleshooting issues efficiently, and configuring SIM cards for MDT devices. You will also be required to download drivers from Getac's website and remotely install them on MDT devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support MDT devices and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Configure SIM cards for MDT devices and ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Download and install drivers from Getac's website to ensure optimal device performance.
  • Provide excellent technical support to MDT users and maintain detailed records of support interactions.
  • Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet support service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting MDT devices and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile network technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM tool and asset tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of mitigating vulnerabilities and patching devices.
