We are seeking a highly skilled Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in patient care.

As an Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients requiring admission to the Medical ICU.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an ICU or Critical Care Unit.
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
What We Offer

HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to a great salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay.
