ZF Axle Drives Marysville, LLC is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join their Maintenance Team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for operating mobile CMMS devices for reactive calls and preventive maintenance assignments.
You will adhere to electrical safety requirements in a manufacturing environment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and read and troubleshoot using electrical drawings.
Key responsibilities include working in a safe and efficient manner to minimize equipment downtime, complying with electrical preventive maintenance programs and procedures, and completing electrical PM inspections, wire harness, filters, and cable management.
You will also maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and formal training, comply with all IATF policies and procedures, and work independently and in a team-based environment.
Additional responsibilities include accepting direction from various members of the management team, performing all work in a safe manner, and working with outside vendors and contractors as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of verified Industrial Electrical experience
- Proficient in trouble shooting and understanding of automated manufacturing equipment
- Understanding of mechanics of machine/grinding
- Understanding and knowledge of conveyors, automation, and mechanical systems
- Must meet state requirements
- Must understand and follow all ARC flash regulations and practices
- Must have up-to-date technological training and experience of newer state-of-the-art equipment
- Must have own tools (excluding specialty tools)
