Ministry Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Ministry Director to lead our Next Generation Ministries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching, leadership, and strategic planning.

About the Role:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Next Generation discipleship strategy that aligns with our church's mission and vision.
• Provide visionary leadership for the Next Generation Ministry, setting strategic goals and objectives.
• Serve as a primary teacher at Lincoln Berean Church, participating in the teaching ministry and team-teaching of the church.
• Collaborate with Church Leadership Team members to discern future strategic direction for LBC.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Next Generation Ministry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4-5 years of professional experience required.
• Master's degree in theology or ministry-related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a strategic leadership and teaching role in a ministry context.
• Strong systems thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter with proven ability to work cooperatively as a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
