Cloud Administrator Job Description

AZ Autism United is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Administrator to join our team. As a Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, integrating, and improving our cloud systems to increase staff productivity, resource availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, configuration, and data across the organization.
  • Manage third-party integrations and authentication functionality.
  • Automate 365-based repetitive workflows that utilize SharePoint, Lists, Forms, and Teams.
  • Act on cybersecurity events and implement assigned remediation options.
  • Be a subject matter expert for break/fix escalations, projects, and assigned change requests.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent work experience and G.E.D. or HS Diploma required.
  • Microsoft Certifications highly desired.
  • TWO years of experience administering a Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • FOUR years of professional experience in IT roles.
  • Must be able to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, provide driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration, and other hiring requirements.
