Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on Fridays, working from 7am to 5pm. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional care and attention to our patients, working closely with our experienced dentists and hygienists.
Responsibilities- Provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education.
- Work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
- 2-3 years of clinical experience and anesthetic License.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
