About the Role:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • At least two years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a home health setting.
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes and work in a fast-paced environment.
