Job Title: Mainframe Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Developer to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mainframe development, with a strong background in CICS, JCL, and Cobol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Mainframe applications using CICS, JCL, and Cobol.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of Mainframe applications with other systems.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing Mainframe applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Mainframe technologies and trends.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Mainframe development.
  • Strong knowledge of CICS, JCL, and Cobol.
  • Experience with Mainframe tools such as TSO, MQ, SORT, File-Aid, DB2, Control-M, and VSAM files.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
