Job Summary

This Senior-level position oversees the entire culinary operation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in all aspects of food production. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a hands-on leader, providing guidance and support to sous chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and labor costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement creative menu items, promotions, and specials that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, managers, and employees to resolve issues and promote positive working relationships.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of five years of experience in a senior culinary management role, preferably in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting.
  2. Strong background in menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  4. Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management; certification from a recognized culinary organization a plus.
