We're seeking an exceptional Client Partner to join our NJ-based team. If you're passionate about tackling complex business problems and driving growth through data engineering programs, this role may be perfect for you.

  • You will be responsible for managing client relationships, account growth, and profitability.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll work on cutting-edge applications of data science, data engineering, ML Engineering, and BI to solve intricate business challenges.
  • You will oversee the scaling of pilots and POCs to long-term transformative programs, ensuring continuous business value delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients' stakeholders to understand key business questions, challenges, and develop a roadmap that prioritizes initiatives.
  • You will identify opportunities with current and new buying centers, working closely with internal Tiger SMEs to create compelling proposals driving growth.
  • Manage P&L for your account portfolios, focusing on revenue and margin goals.

Requirements

  • 16+ years of experience in delivering advanced analytics-based consulting services to clients, with expertise in designing and implementing large data engineering programs.
  • A proven track record of managing large accounts and driving account growth, with P&L ownership being an added advantage.
  • Ability to engage with CXO and VP/Director-level stakeholders from clients' teams and internal remote teams to define business problems and construct solution approaches in areas like Pricing, Underwriting, Marketing, Distribution, Claims, and Operations.
  • Familiarity with domains such as Financial Services or Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Pharma.
  • Experience with the latest open-source cloud-based tech stack.
  • Hands-on experience or leadership roles in developing multiple advanced analytics solutions or designing/implementing large data engineering programs in areas such as price optimization, underwriting risk management, market mix effectiveness analysis, agency management, customer lifetime value, customer segmentation, claims analytics, contact center analytics, etc., preferably in Insurance business contexts.
  • Familiarity with analytic tools like R, Python, AWS, and Databricks to build advanced models, and experience accessing data from cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS & Hive would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead global teams, effectively communicating client business problem context to remote teams while owning client presentations, project management, and expectation setting.
  • NJ/NY based, with flexibility to travel up to 50% within the US North East region.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Salary Estimate: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
