Position Overview:
As a Lead Security Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a secure environment for all team members, temporary staff, vendors, and visitors at a Target supply chain facility. Your responsibilities will include implementing best practices and managing physical security programs.
Your role will involve executing strategic measures to identify, prevent, and investigate theft and inventory loss. You will operate Target-owned vehicles to conduct yard and perimeter patrols. As a Lead Security Operations Specialist, you will lead or assist in projects that support company-wide asset protection initiatives. You will also execute emergency protocols in critical situations, including notifying building leadership of incidents. Additionally, you will aid in the onboarding process for new Asset Protection team members and review and update routine documentation as necessary.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to respond promptly and maintain composure during emergencies

- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver's license
