Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pricing Analyst with a strong focus on cost management and pricing strategies. This role is crucial in supporting the effective functioning of our contracting and capture operations. The Pricing Analyst will work closely with various teams and report directly to the Senior Pricing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in all pricing support activities from pre-RFP phases, collaborating with Capture, Contracts, and Program teams to manage cost volume development in line with RFP specifications.
  • Select suitable pricing methodologies for each proposal item, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Translate Level of Effort (LOE) into comprehensive Basis of Estimate (BOE) documents, culminating in robust cost proposals.
  • Conduct detailed reviews with Bills of Materials and Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs), providing all necessary supporting data.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards, including FAR/DFARS and TINA regulations.
  • Develop cost models to facilitate proposal creation and assess project profitability.
  • Analyze customer budgets and competitor behaviors to recommend effective pricing strategies.
  • Provide pricing justification during negotiations and interactions with DCAA.
  • Formulate a Price to Win strategy for proposal preparation.
  • Oversee awarded pricing spreadsheets and manage internal reporting processes.
  • Assist in the annual evaluation of labor rates and analyze historical data for process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in developing Excel workbook templates for proposals and cost analysis.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Eligibility to obtain a United States Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing pricing strategies and preparing proposals.
  • Familiarity with Capture and Program organizations.
  • Experience in managing competitive and sole source proposals valued up to $50 Million.
