Job Summary

As a Housekeeper at Hyatt Place Atlanta / Alpharetta / Windward Parkway, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. This includes servicing guest rooms daily, stocking carts with room supplies, and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing bed linens, replenishing guest room supplies, and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Cart Preparation: Prepare carts with necessary supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Trash and Linen Removal: Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
  • Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms, including changing AC filters, cleaning AC coils, and touching up paint on walls/molding.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, and ability to work well in stressful situations.
