Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on location and experience)

Job Description
In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating lasting customer relationships as a BDC Sales Agent. Your responsibilities will include inbound and outbound calls, establishing rapport, scheduling appointments, and delivering top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience handling inbound/outbound sales calls.
  • Exceptional communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record in inside sales, internet marketing, or appointment scheduling.
  • A natural ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
  • A proactive attitude with quick learning capabilities, resilience, and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
  • The ability to maintain a polished demeanor and handle all customer interactions with care and respect.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent typing and writing abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
