Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and improving their overall quality of life.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing effective physical therapy programs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify physical therapy needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement a range of physical therapy techniques, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, and hands-on therapy, to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and treatment outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions and provide guidance on exercises and techniques to aid in their recovery.
  • Regularly review patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and provide updates to the healthcare team.
  • Adhere to company policies, regulations, and professional standards in physical therapy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy to provide the best possible care.
Requirements:
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop effective treatment plans.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a strong commitment to improving patients' quality of life.
  • The ability to work well in a team, as well as independently when necessary.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to assist patients with physical exercises and movements.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology for patient documentation and communication.
