Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler 3 to join our inventory control team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory, investigating discrepancies, and assisting with complaint investigations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading consumer health technology company and contribute to the development of innovative biosensing-technology experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the daily cycle count is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with investigations and interface with other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Perform transactions in our ERP/WMS system, including shipping, entering cycle counts, material receipts, and shipments.
- Investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues utilizing the ERP/WMS system.
- Collaborate with supervisors to implement process improvement ideas.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Intermediate functions in Excel, including creating tables, sorting, and filtering data.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
Physical DemandsEmployees in this position may be required to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting and carrying objects up to 50lbs.
Work EnvironmentEmployees may be exposed to various environmental conditions, including work near moving parts, outdoor weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.
