About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate House Supervisor RN to join our team at Providence St. Mary Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the nursing team, including scheduling, staffing, and communication.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure patient satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
