Engine Technician Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Engine Technician Specialist to join our team at Power Distributors.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge while accomplishing organizational goals.
- Familiar with company practices and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Provide a high level of Technical and warranty support to both our customer and staff.
- Maintains service levels and expectations conducive with the department.
- Handles inbound/outbound calls from/to our customer base.
- Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner Handle complex tasks and projects as assigned.
- Work with inside and outside staff in all departments, as well as with vendors.
- Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality and integrity, with a focus on the importance of our customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Support administrative tasks within the team. Performs ongoing review of procedures and processes to ensure best practices within the Power Distributors organization. Manage SharePoint website at the department level.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A graduate certificate from a certified engine repair or engine tech school and 2 or more years of experience are required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, verbal communication and listening skills are required. Good typing, spelling, and writing skills. Intermediate computer knowledge.
- Good interpersonal skills are central qualities, including a positive attitude, team building and professionalism.
