Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate laboratory operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Train and mentor new staff members on laboratory procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure seamless patient care and efficient laboratory workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, laboratory protocols, and quality control standards.
• Certified Medical Technologist or Certified Medical Laboratory Technician certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
