**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support patient care with an emphasis on patient response
  • Maintain liaison with physicians and practice administration
  • Confer with the patient to obtain accurate information for records
  • Ensure completion of chart information prior to examination by provider
  • Accurate documentation in Chart/EMR after each patient is seen and/or assisted

**Estimated Salary Range:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
