As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with young children in their naturalistic environment, utilizing your clinical skills to make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality 1:1 instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals, ensuring accurate and reliable tracking of progress
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Be open and receptive to feedback, embracing opportunities for growth and development
Requirements
  • Must be able to handle behaviors such as aggression, tantrums, self-injurious behaviors, and potty training, implementing crisis intervention practices as needed
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Pass a background check prior to employment
  • RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician Certification) within the first 90 days of employment, with training provided by Tree of Knowledge Learning Academy
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation to travel to case locations
