University Hospitals is seeking a skilled Cardiology Specialist to join our team at UH Conneaut Medical Center and UH Geneva Medical Center. As a Cardiology Physician, you will provide high-quality patient care, manage direct patient care, and prescribe pharmaceuticals as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.
- Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
- Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.
- Trains and supervises medical students and residents engaged in specialty activities and procedures, as appropriate.
- Interest in General Cardiology
- Level 2 Echo skills
- Advanced imaging training is a plus, but not required
