Key Responsibilities:- Mental Health Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Case Management: Develop and implement case management plans to ensure seamless transitions between healthcare services and community resources.
- Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and evidence-based therapies.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
- Experience: Previous experience in mental health settings, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting, under licensed supervision.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic health records.
- Previous Post-Licensure Experience: Previous experience as a mental health clinician in an outpatient or inpatient setting, preferably under licensed supervision.
- Specialized Training: Training in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, and evidence-based therapies.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leadership roles, such as team lead or supervisor, in a mental health setting.
