Job Title: Busser Assistant

About the Role:

As a Busser Assistant at Dave & Buster's, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our dining area, including busing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting servers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Bus tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Restock supplies, such as linens, utensils, and condiments.
  • Assist servers with taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service to our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to company sanitation procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
